In November, we criss-cross through Bangkok and on to one of the very small islands. In Bangkok, we visit a small home for children under the age of three. The home management needs sandals and clothes. Not just for the little ones, but also for the youngsters with disabilities who live further inland.
13 children under the age of three live in the home. They are orphans who are cared for here until adoptive parents can be found. The children are often adopted by families far away.
Contact on site. Our contact person is Saovanee, the director of the FFAC. She is not on site when we arrive. But many helpers, especially women from Expeds.
We bring good leather sandals and lots of light cotton clothing. The children wear almost exclusively polyester clothes. A change of clothes is always needed for the little ones.
