The Khorixas United Sports Club coaches several girls’ teams in the Kunene region of Namibia. Up to 1500 pupils go to the local Eddie Bowe Primary School, and some play football with great enthusiasm in the afternoon. Coach Willem lets us know: “We use sport as a way to keep young people off the streets”
Just in time for the girls’ football competition, Lena visits the Khorixas United Sports Club. And brings 3 sets of jerseys, shorts and socks to the women’s teams. Thanks to “Trikot für die Welt” for the great support!
