The three mountaineers Sebastian, Wenzel and Lukas have continued their journey with a short stopover in Moscow and St Petersburg and met 30 kids from the poorest conditions for the keniale childrnes aid project in Istaravschan. Furthermore, the guys delivered urgently needed things for the 10 babies of the children’s home. Together with the NGO EFA (building an education center with women’s and children’s home) and the local NGO “People with disabilities in Tajikistan” , it was possible to reach the children directly and precise. To bring reasonable and appropriate things to every child in a well-filled backpack – with name on it.
Now the three alpinists are on their way to the Pik Lenin, and we whish them a wonderful summit day.
A huge thank you to Tatonka for the backpacks, Tatonkis and the great support! Also a huge thank you to marmot for the warm jackets, which definetly help the kids during winter. Thanks to Dirk Fissmer and the EFA. We were able to prepare this project very well and manage it together. Gladly again. Tajikistan is one of the poorest countries in the world, and it would be great to support the children in Istaravshan and the ongoing work of the EFA. Because everything arrives.
